Position Summary:
ACCIONA is seeking a Quality Assistant for a Transmission Line and Substation project in Lambayeque, providing support in implementing and monitoring the Quality Assurance and Control Plan.

**Position Description**
Mission:
Independently perform basic operational tasks within their unit/department, in accordance with guidelines established by their supervisor, to meet project requirements.
They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on schedule, according to specifications, and within budget. Their most common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and scheduling construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate staff or laborers’ activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters.
**Candidate Requirements**
ACCIONA, for its INDUSTRIAL business, is seeking a Quality Assistant for a Transmission Line and Substation project located in Lambayeque.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide support in implementing and monitoring the Quality Assurance and Control Plan (QACP).
* Support quality verification during civil works execution and installation.
* Support review and validation of construction procedures and technical data sheets for materials to be used onsite.
* Support supervision of laboratory tests and quality control tests (e.g., slump tests, compaction tests, strength tests) and verify compliance with specifications.
* Identify non-conformities, issue reports, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with responsible departments.
* Maintain quality documentation records (inspection reports, material certificates, laboratory reports, etc.).
* Support coordination with contractors, supervisors, and clients on quality control-related matters.
* Assist site supervisors in meeting construction milestones, ensuring quality as a cross-cutting priority.
* Participate in progress meetings and internal and external quality audits.
**Required Profile**
**Academic Qualifications / Degree**
* Civil, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineer; Bachelor’s degree holder or candidate.
* Specialization or training courses in Quality Management for Infrastructure Projects, ISO standards, or Materials Testing are desirable.
**Experience**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in civil works, preferably in electrical transmission lines, substations, or linear infrastructure.
* Experience in implementing quality control systems, interpreting civil drawings, and technical specifications is desirable.
* Practical knowledge of national (NTC, RNE) and international (ASTM, ACI) technical standards is desirable.
* Fieldwork capability, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
**Languages and Required Proficiency**
* Intermediate English (desirable)
**Additional Knowledge**
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Results-oriented mindset and technical rigor.
* Proactivity and teamwork.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings.
* Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction control formats.
