We are a company in the ready-mix concrete sector and are currently looking for a Concrete Pump Equipment Operator with proven experience in concrete pumping and placement, focused on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service to our clients. We seek a responsible, committed individual with solid knowledge of operating and performing basic maintenance on concrete pumping equipment. **Requirements** \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concrete Pump Equipment Operator. \- Valid A III C driver's license. \- Proven experience in ready-mix concrete companies or concrete plants. \- Completed secondary education or related technical studies (preferred). \- Valid driver's license A\-IIIB, A\-IIIC, or higher (depending on assigned equipment). \- Experience operating concrete boom pumps and/or stationary concrete pumps. \- Knowledge of installation, assembly, and disassembly of pumping pipelines. \- Knowledge of ready-mix concrete pumping and placement processes. \- Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance for hydraulic and mechanical equipment. \- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. \- Availability to work on various projects and shifts according to scheduling. \- Preferred experience coordinating with mixer operators, concrete plant personnel, and site supervisors. **Responsibilities** Operate concrete pump equipment safely and efficiently during service. Perform pre-operational inspection of the equipment before each shift. Transport the equipment to the worksite when required. Install, assemble, and disassemble pumping pipelines and accessories according to site conditions. Coordinate with mixer operators, plant personnel, and site supervisors to ensure continuous concrete supply. Supervise proper concrete pumping and distribution, preventing blockages and material loss. Monitor system pressure and verify proper equipment operation throughout the entire process. Perform complete cleaning of the pump, pipelines, hopper, and accessories after each service. Immediately report any mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical equipment failures. Record service information and communicate incidents to the supervisor. Strictly comply with the company’s established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
