Main Responsibilities: -Support daily plant operations. -Monitor equipment and production lines. -Perform cleaning and sanitization of areas/equipment. -Report operational incidents or failures. -Assist in basic preventive maintenance. -Comply with safety and quality protocols. -Record operational data and perform basic controls. Mandatory Requirements: -Availability to work on-site at the plant. -Rotating shifts. -Basic knowledge of operational processes. -Ability to work in a team. -Responsibility and orderliness. -Flexible availability according to operational needs.
