The opportunity for a better future is here! · Requirements: 1. Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. 3. Intermediate Excel proficiency. · Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with product technical standards and quality control standards across the entire company. - Supervise and verify that process and product manufacturing specifications are met according to the technical data sheet. - Supervise and follow up on quality control activities at different production stages. - Control and update the technical documentation of the quality management system. - Supervise and verify SSOP and GMP procedures. - Verify compliance with all procedures, work instructions, and checklists included in the quality management system manuals. - Manage the Document Control System governing food safety and quality standards within the organization. - Coordinate with the immediate supervisor regarding proper handling and filing of departmental documentation. - Review and report to the department head on quality issues exceeding established limits based on records, and verify implementation of corrective actions. - Verify compliance with plant sanitation programs and pest control measures. - Continuously monitor the entire fruit inspection and evaluation process according to SENASA protocols. · Benefits: 1.
