Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial operator with experience in handling bulk raw materials, palletizing, and cleaning, to perform washing, conditioning, and material handling tasks at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial production processes. 2. Proficient use of hand tools and knowledge of industrial safety. 3. Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. **Education:** * Completed secondary education (preferred). * Technical training in industrial or related fields is an advantage. **Required Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational roles within industrial plants or production processes. * Experience handling bulk raw materials. * Experience performing palletizing, stacking, and manual handling of heavy materials. * Experience in washing, cleaning, or conditioning solid products in production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform raw material washing and conditioning according to company-established procedures. * Carry out palletizing tasks for transporting, loading, and distributing raw materials during production process stages. * Assist in handling, transporting, and organizing bulk raw materials within the production area. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area and tools used. * Comply with company-established industrial safety, hygiene, and good operational practices. **Knowledge / Skills:** * Proficient use of hand tools (shovels, hoses, hand trucks, or other work implements). * Basic knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene in work environments with moisture or salinity. * Practical knowledge of physical handling of bulk materials and basic raw material washing processes. **Personal Competencies:** * Good physical stamina for operational tasks. * Proactive, responsible individual capable of following instructions and established procedures. * Ability to work under pressure and in a team. * High level of commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. **Work Location:** Plant located in the district of La Victoria – Chiclayo.
