




At TYMSAC we are looking for an HR professional to fill our Human Resources Assistant position. Professionals from Accounting or Administration careers, among other related fields. It is also important to have at least 02 years of experience in the field. Main responsibilities include: \- Prepare monthly payroll calculations, CTS, AFP, fifth-category income tax, and social benefits. \- Register, update, and deregister personnel information in SUNAT. \- Prepare, file, and pay AFPNET and PLAME SUNAT reports. \- Maintain control of the vacation schedule. / Track employee absences, permissions, and medical leaves. \- Process reimbursement requests for subsidies. \- Request insurance company renewals for SCTR and Vida Ley insurance policies. \- Address employee inquiries regarding their payments. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
