Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities:** * Manage their current customer portfolio by seeking to increase client engagement and profitability through personalized commercial actions such as scheduled and structured visits. * Grow their portfolio by acquiring potential clients, following criteria defined by the bank. * Maintain within their personalized portfolio clients, Legal Entities (SMEs), and Natural Persons with Business activities established within their area of influence. * Manage assigned target segments within the area of influence of the branch they belong to. * Conduct personal and direct management with actual and potential clients in the area. * Plan management activities, preparation and presentation of proposals, manage overdue accounts, as well as record and organize database entries and client files corresponding to their portfolio, keeping them updated with high-quality documentation/information. * Plan, using available tools, their commercial activities in coordination with the Branch Manager, so they can efficiently manage their assigned customer portfolio and acquire potential clients.
