**Site Controller – Olmos, Peru** --------------------------------- **Maersk** Maersk is seeking to hire a **Site Controller** for its operations in Olmos, Peru. This strategic role will be responsible for leading the site's operational and financial control environment, ensuring profitability through the implementation of robust controls, identification of process gaps, and mitigation of financial risks. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs. * Conduct control reviews to detect revenue leakage and excessive costs. * Implement cost control measures in collaboration with the operations team. * Analyze expense variances and their causes. * Weekly audit of cost entries by customer, type, and site. * Assess risks and compliance according to internal guidelines (RICC Manual, anti-fraud policies, among others). * Support financial transparency in GP and PDP results. * Resolve site-specific operational and financial challenges. * Supervise monthly closing processes, asset allocation, and cost variances. * Management of Key Stakeholders: **Internal:** Site Manager, operations teams, area finance team, Regional BCO, FinOPS, CEN BCO, Procurement MCL **External:** Internal and external auditors, operational and control dashboards, GRC controls ### **Requirements** * University degree in Finance, Engineering, or Accounting (minimum 3 years of study). * More than 5 years of work experience, preferably in logistics, cold storage, and warehouse operations. * 3 years of experience in packings (final product) within agribusiness and export company camps. * Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large volumes of data. * Intermediate level of English. * Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders. * **Availability to live on a 5x2 schedule at the company camp located in Olmos** **\#LI\-EM1** Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
