**Salary:** Starting at 1,130.00 (PEN) per month \+ COMMISSIONS Job Description: Marketing Coordinator **Requirements:** \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role. \- Graduate with a Technical or University degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. \- Basic knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar (Essential). \- Experience managing business profiles on social media platforms, primarily (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). \- Experience with Google (SEO/SEM), Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, display, and email marketing. \- Experience establishing corporate agreements. \- Experience in mass campaigns (Messenger, Mailing). **Responsibilities:** \- Execute advertising campaigns according to digital trends. \- Design, implement, and execute marketing plans and strategies. \- Develop the annual campaign plan, advertising media plan, and social media management (operational and financial plans). \- Design launch strategies for new services and/or products. \- Collaborate on customer loyalty programs. \- Perform other related or complementary duties.
