What would be your responsibilities? - Supervise and verify the good condition of materials dispatched from the warehouse to various customers, ensuring product integrity and preventing customer complaints. - Plan product demand and schedule timely replenishment to guarantee inventory availability. - Supervise receipt of materials from various suppliers, accepting only conforming products. - Inspect and supervise warehouse conditions—cleanliness, order, and maintenance—to ensure optimal operations. - Conduct inventory counts and verify stock levels of finished goods in the commercial warehouse, ensuring physical inventory matches system records without discrepancies. - Supervise the condition of warehouse equipment within your zone—including forklifts and electric hoists—and their maintenance, ensuring safe and optimal operations while minimizing accident risks. - Ensure inventory accuracy by complying with security policies and standards. - Ensure sales orders are processed and delivered promptly and efficiently. - Consolidate relevant information for your zone, analyze data, and coordinate with stakeholders regarding any changes. What qualifications do you need? - Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. - Intermediate Office skills. - Intermediate SAP skills. - Intermediate knowledge of warehouse management. - Experience as a Warehouse Assistant (+3 years) or as a Warehouse Analyst (+1 year). - Willingness to work in Cajamarca.
