Position Summary: Cost and Budget Assistant responsible for analyzing, calculating, and controlling costs and budgets to optimize resources within an agro-industrial company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cost, expense, and budget analysis. 2. Monitor budget execution and verify expenses. 3. Analyze and present budget indicator reports. A leading agro-industrial company located in the city of Motupe is actively seeking top talent to fill the position of COST AND BUDGET ASSISTANT. Primary Function: Execute cost, expense, and budget analysis and calculation methodology according to established policies and procedures to ensure optimal resource utilization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Two (2) years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of Cost and Budget Management. Advanced-level Excel proficiency. (Will be assessed) (Mandatory) Experience managing indicators and dashboards. Willingness to work on-site in Motupe, Lambayeque. Responsibilities: Monitor budget execution, including direct and indirect costs, projects, and investments, through coordination with various departments, to accurately reflect organizational costs and expenses. Collect and verify information required for month-end reporting to ensure timely delivery of accurate information. Collect and update information in corporate systems for finished products to ensure proper warehouse stock control. Monitor and verify expenses against the approved budget to prevent potential deviations from annual budgets. Conduct daily cost calculations for plant operations to ensure budget compliance. Analyze and present budget indicator reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to provide reliable information for area manager decision-making.
