Provide timely patient treatment We are a healthcare company currently recruiting personnel to fill the position of **Nursing Technician**, to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be committed, capable of working collaboratively in a team, and willing to deliver high-quality service to our patients. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assess the patient’s current condition and confirm absence of any symptoms. * Assist and collaborate with the surgeon and surgical team during interventions. * Supervise the full operational functionality of the Operating Room. * Monitor patients in the pre-operative area, observing vital signs and potential complications. * Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols in the operating room. * Assist attending physicians during consultations, providing timely patient treatment. * Collaborate with triage staff in patient evaluation (dilation orders). * Coordinate with the pharmacy and sterilization department for sterilization of equipment, materials, and surgical supplies. * Coordinate with the nursing team on care protocols. * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: \- Certified Nursing Technician or currently completing certification. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in ophthalmology surgery rooms (Preferred). \- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and medical staff. \- Availability to work in Chiclayo BENEFITS: \- Compensation of 1200 soles. \- Pleasant work environment. \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
