Coordination of operational certification for units TYMSAC, a prominent national transportation services company, is seeking top talent for the position of OPERATIONS ASSISTANT based in CHICLAYO. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or graduate in Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of fleet document management, permits, certifications, traffic violations, and equipment. * Proficiency in office software and physical/digital file management. **FUNCTIONS:** * Conduct administrative supervision of transport units. * Generate internal requisitions for equipment and technical gear mandated by MTC, clients, and internal standards. * Manage driver inductions and training to enable their accreditation at client plants along national routes. * Ensure validity of fleet technical inspections. * Coordinate externally to obtain necessary certificates for unit operational readiness. * Provide support in administration and timely payment of traffic violations. * Monitor traffic violations to prevent contingencies affecting fleet availability or operational profitability. * Report expirations, restrictions, or documentary risks that could impact service continuity. Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
