Job Summary: We are seeking phlebotomists to perform patient services and sample collection, ensuring pre-analytical quality and appropriate sample handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in sample collection from all types of patients 2. Performing administrative tasks related to sample collection 3. We invite you to join our outstanding team. We are currently looking for: * 2 PHLEBOTOMISTS to work at our Chiclayo facility. REQUIREMENTS: * Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician. * Minimum certified experience of 2 years or more in sample collection from all types of patients—including neonates, geriatric, and oncologic patients (work certificates are mandatory). * Knowledge of pre-analytical conditions, sample collection (all types), and Quality Management Systems (desirable). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide services to patients or clients regarding laboratory tests (test requests and/or result delivery, as well as general reports). * Perform sample collection and/or receipt in accordance with the SYNLAB Quality Management System’s Sample Collection Manual. * Verify correct sample identification (medical tests to be performed and patient identification) and ensure accurate coding of samples on collection materials and in the system. * Carry out administrative tasks associated with blood sample collection to maintain the patient care quality standard. * Select appropriate materials for collection and ensure proper care/control of samples to meet established processing or centrifugation deadlines.
