Experience in rice milling and quality control. 2. Key responsibilities in the drying, milling, and aging processes. 3. Supervision of laboratory equipment and documentation. Naya Perú Rice Mill, a rice processing company, is seeking a Quality Analyst in Lambayeque who meets the following profile. **Requirements:** \- Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within rice milling. \- Knowledge of various rice varieties. \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** \- Receive daily production schedules and verify the status of products undergoing drying, milling, aging, and reprocessing. \- Conduct analysis of paddy rice projections. \- Determine the appropriate packaging type for finished products. \- Monitor rice quality parameters during processing according to packaging requirements. \- Validate and coordinate batches entering the aging process. \- Maintain up-to-date information and documentation. \- Supervise and ensure proper use and operation of laboratory equipment. **Benefits:** \- Competitive market-based salary. \- Rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday.
