Job Summary: We are seeking a Land Manager – Negotiator to join our team, focused on accurate data collection and negotiating fair agreements with landowners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages negotiations with landowners for infrastructure projects. 2. Monitors transmission lines and collects property-related information. 3. Develops negotiation and communication skills at all levels. We are a company dedicated to Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring the execution of infrastructure and engineering projects nationwide. We are looking for new talent who share our purpose to join our team as a Land Manager – Negotiator, to accurately collect data in the project’s designated area and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct motorcycle patrols along electrical transmission lines to monitor encroachments within easement corridors. * Collect documentation verifying land ownership within the project area. * Inform direct and indirect stakeholders about the characteristics of the project to be developed in the area or the need to deliver the service. * Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants (land parcels). * Report progress to the immediate supervisor using the established format. * Process and/or support payments to negotiated landowners and/or occupants. * Follow up on concluded negotiations to ensure agreed terms are guaranteed. * Account for and use allocated resources efficiently. * Use assigned transportation efficiently. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Technician. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and georeferenced graphical database software. * Personal motorcycle. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication skills at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, respectful interpersonal conduct, strong writing ability, and ability to work under pressure. Salary: S/.2,400.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
