Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Store Manager with a strong interest in beauty to lead sales teams, advise customers, and manage store operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for top talent for the **Store Manager** position. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical studies in Esthetics or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). * Experience as a store manager (preferred). * Knowledge and use of sales performance indicators. * Cash handling (invoicing, POS operation, issuing receipts, etc.). * Soft Skills: Leadership, assertive communication, teamwork, results orientation, and organization. **Responsibilities:** * Advise customers during product purchases. * Lead sales teams, motivating staff to achieve sales targets and quotas. * Request product replenishment and ensure availability according to commercial campaigns. * Ensure adequate staffing with qualified and trained personnel. * Supervise store presentation standards defined by marketing. * Manage product display and organization in accordance with established standards. * Meet assigned daily and monthly sales quotas. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, profit sharing, insurance, etc.). * Bi-weekly salary payments. * Base salary + bonus. * Rotating schedule Monday through Sunday (one day off per week). * Corporate discounts for education and personal care. * Ongoing training on professional beauty brands and products. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for career growth within the group. **Probela** promotes equality and equal opportunity in compliance with Law No. 29973.
