Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a team, develop work plans, and ensure growth in recruitment and advisor placement. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and supervision 2. Development of work plans and management of assigned database 3. Focus on growth in recruitment and placement of advisors Responsibilities: Execute and supervise, ensuring effective team management. Develop work plans in coordination with the team. Distribute the database assigned by Santander Consumer Bank. Drive recruitment growth across assigned branches. Ensure placement of each of their advisors. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar supervisory roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Availability to work onsite in Chiclayo\-Lambayeque.
