We are a social development organization present in 138 countries, working to promote and defend the rights of girls, boys, and adolescents, primarily the right to live in a family. **Mission:** Provide personalized attention, support, and assistance to girls, boys, and adolescents in situations of familial vulnerability, in accordance with organizational guidelines and current legislation, with the purpose of contributing to their holistic development in a safe, protective, and family-like care environment. **Job functions and challenges:** * Provide alternative and personalized care for girls, boys, and adolescents in alternative care, promoting safe, protective, and family-like care environments. * Support the creation, implementation, and monitoring of individual development plans for girls, boys, and adolescents in alternative care. * Support processes of family reintegration, other family-based care arrangements with biological or extended families, and adoption. * Encourage interaction between girls, boys, and adolescents and their surroundings while maintaining healthy relationships with their members. * Manage, execute, and report on assigned budgets. * Perform other duties assigned by the Program Director that align with the position's mission. **Our ideal candidate:** * Completed secondary education. * Courses and/or programs related to childhood, adolescence, and/or family (desirable). * One year of experience in caring for girls, boys, adolescents, youth, or vulnerable individuals. * Knowledge of care and basic attention for girls, boys, and adolescents. **What we offer:** * Represent an international organization dedicated to children. * Formal employment from the first day of work. * Constant training opportunities. * Internal benefits specific to our organization (birthday free day, corporate discounts at educational institutions, among others). **Personal data protection and rights-based approach.** By submitting my application, I authorize the organization to use my personal data for the purposes of this selection process, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
