We require 02 Technical Support Technicians for the Chiclayo Campus. · Position Requirements! Technical degree in Computing, Electronics, or related fields. 1 year of experience. Availability to work 45 hours per week. Preferably residing in areas near the campus. Key Challenges! Providing user support when software and/or hardware issues arise. Resolving technical problems occurring with computers. Performing continuous electronic data (files) backups from equipment. Providing technical services to equipment upon user request or in case of failure. Configuring printers and hardware devices, as well as other peripheral equipment. Preparing and managing entry/exit authorizations for computing equipment in and out of the building. Conducting hardware and software inventory. Advising on tenders for purchasing or contracting products and services, and participating in the technical evaluation of proposals. Integrating technological processes holistically at both campus and branch levels. Analyzing information requirements for assigned technological processes. Coordinating with Systems Analysts regarding application failures and with Infrastructure Analysts regarding communication issues. Monitoring that technical support is appropriate for assigned technological processes. Researching new hardware and software to improve the flow of assigned technological processes.
