Position Summary: We are seeking a Dining Hall Supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of a collective dining service, supervising customer service to diners, attendance tracking, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper operation of a collective dining service. 2. Supervise customer service to diners and coordinate assigned staff. 3. Manage reports, Kardex control, and operational inventories. Our team is currently searching for a **Dining Hall Supervisor** to ensure the proper operation of a collective dining service, supervising customer service to diners, attendance tracking, report management, Kardex handling, and coordination of assigned staff. Position Mission Guarantee proper operation of the plant cafeteria by supervising menu sales and registration, diner attendance control, Kardex management, and coordination of assigned staff—ensuring an efficient, orderly service aligned with operational and audit requirements. Main Responsibilities * Serve customers and maintain daily sales records. * Plan and coordinate menu service. * Monitor diner attendance. * Record menu consumption using registration devices and laptops. * Prepare daily and weekly service reports. * Maintain Kardex and operational inventory records. * Supervise cafeteria-assigned staff. * Support restocking of products for end-consumer sale. * Manage supply requisitions for operations. * Provide support during cafeteria service audits and reviews. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. Candidate Profile * University or technical graduate in: * Nutrition * Food Industry * Hotel and Tourism Management * Administration * Related fields * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Experience in **collective dining services**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Valid **health certificate**. * Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime as operationally required. * Residency in **Mórrope, Lambayeque**, or nearby areas.
