Maintenance of good practices and cleanliness **Kitchen Assistant \- Food Concession (Mórrope, Lambayeque)** **About the Search:** At **Talent Staff**, a firm specialized in personnel recruitment, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of Kitchen Assistant for our partner **Asencios Food**, a leading company dedicated to providing high-quality collective catering services. **What profile are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience working in collective dining facilities, food concessions, or restaurants. * Residency in Mórrope or nearby areas such as "Chiclayo", "Pimentel", "Lambayeque", "Ferreñafe", or "Monsefú". * Valid health certificate (Desirable / Not mandatory). * Availability to work overtime if operationally required. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in pre-preparation and serving of meals. * Providing customer service support at the service line. * Assisting in proper storage and labeling of supplies in refrigeration equipment. * Washing tableware (trays, plates, cutlery, glasses) and kitchen utensils. * Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and area cleanliness. * Assisting with waste bin emptying and other operational duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **Key Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Stress tolerance and service orientation. **What is offered?** * Monthly salary: S/ 1,500\. * Formal employment under the MYPE regime, with all legally mandated benefits. * 100% meal coverage. * Transportation fare coverage. * SCTR (Occupational Risk Insurance) coverage from day one. * Ongoing training. **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week). * Work location: Plant cafeteria in Mórrope, Lambayeque.
