We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead talent attraction and selection for our agricultural project in Olmos, Lambayeque. Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for designing and implementing the mass recruitment plan for operational and technical staff on the farm. · Manage local talent sources, partnerships, and field-based selection processes. · Ensure timely coverage aligned with the agricultural schedule (demand peaks). · Coordinate staff hiring and workforce planning in alignment with the budget. Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
