**Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s logistics activities, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of raw materials (primarily wood), supplies, and services required for pallet manufacturing, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, product quality, and adherence to production deadlines. **Requirements:** \- Technical or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields. \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain, preferably within industrial or timber companies. \- Knowledge of supplier management and negotiation. \- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management. \- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. \- Familiarity with raw material receiving and storage processes. \- Willingness to travel. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Manage and coordinate the procurement of raw materials (roundwood) according to production requirements. \- Identify, evaluate, select, and negotiate with raw material and logistics service suppliers. \- Request quotations, compare prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery timelines. \- Coordinate transportation, receipt, and storage of raw materials. \- Verify compliance with quality standards for received wood. \- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Administration departments to ensure continuous material flow. \- Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts. \- Monitor inventory levels and propose improvements to optimize logistics costs. \- Prepare logistics and procurement reports for management. **Competencies:** \- Negotiation skills. \- Planning and organizational skills. \- Results orientation and cost reduction mindset. \- Analytical and decision-making ability. \- Effective communication. \- Teamwork and cross-departmental coordination. \- Responsibility and commitment. \- Ability to work under pressure.
