WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

Job Summary: This position supervises the receipt, storage, and supply of raw materials, ensuring order and safety in the warehouse while instructing staff. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision of the raw material supply chain. 2. Inventory management and storage optimization. 3. Staff training and compliance with safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and review the receipt, verification, and registration of incoming raw materials and furniture. \- Control proper storage, classification, and placement of materials in the warehouse. \- Coordinate the supply of raw materials to production areas according to requirements. \- Conduct cyclic inventory counts and maintain up-to-date physical and systematized inventory records. \- Supervise warehouse conditions regarding order, cleanliness, and safety. \- Monitor appropriate use of loading equipment, tools, and materials. \- Verify basic quality of received wood (moisture content, visible defects, dimensions). \- Coordinate with the purchasing department on material replenishment and minimum stock control. \- Prepare reports on raw material receipts, issues, and stock levels. \- Train and guide warehouse staff on storage procedures and best practices. \- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Report incidents or deviations to the immediate supervisor. \- Coordinate with internal transportation for material movement to respective departments. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM \- Saturday: 8:00 AM \- 1:30 PM Send CV to 908 843 408 or email Reclutamiento@pallletsstandard.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
