We are currently seeking an **Electrical Installation Supervisor** with solid experience supervising industrial projects—especially **industrial plants and cold storage facilities**—involving a high degree of multidisciplinary coordination. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper execution of electrical installations on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and project standards. * Verify the quality of electrical system installation: power supply, lighting, electrical panels, conduits, and grounding. * Supervise the assembly of electrical rooms and the installation of electrical systems in industrial environments. * Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration) to ensure correct system integration. * Monitor physical progress of electrical work packages and report deviations. * Identify on-site interferences and propose technical solutions. * Review and validate quantity take-offs, valuations, and progress reports. * Supervise testing, commissioning, and energization protocols. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered **Electrical Engineer**. * Minimum **7 years of general experience**. * Minimum **5 years of experience supervising electrical installations** in industrial projects. * Specific experience in **industrial plants and/or cold storage facilities (mandatory)**. * **Experience as a specialist in electrical room assembly, cabling, and medium- and low-voltage systems (mandatory)**. * Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, panels, conduits, grounding, and electrical protection devices. * Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and/or MS Project is desirable. **We Offer:** * A positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development. * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. **Conditions:** * Employment type: Full-time. * Work mode: On-site. * Workplace: On-site employment. * Must reside in Lima or Lambayeque.
