Job Summary: We are seeking loaders for our operations team, responsible for safely and efficiently handling products while meeting delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safe and efficient handling of products 2. Ensuring load stability and safety 3. Support in operational tasks We are *Transportes Shon’s*, a Peruvian transportation and distribution company. We are currently looking for talent to fill the position of **LOADERS** in the province of Chiclayo, who will be an essential part of the operations team, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently while meeting established delivery timelines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in loading, unloading, or similar physical work. * Good physical endurance and ability to lift weights safely. * Willingness to treat customers courteously and kindly. * Full-time availability. * Experience in goods pickup and shipment (preferred). * Residency in the province of Chiclayo. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform loading and unloading of goods from transport vehicles. * Arrange, stack, and secure cargo inside vehicles, ensuring its stability and safety during transit. * Inspect the physical condition of cargo and report any damage or irregularities to the supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in loading and unloading areas. * Properly use personal protective equipment. * Assist in other operational tasks assigned by the operations manager or logistics coordinator. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Family allowance (if applicable). * Timely bi-weekly payments. **WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
