Promotes a person-centered care culture. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure technological management of AUNA branches through sustainment activities to guarantee patient safety and profitability. 1\. Medical equipment inventory management. 3\. Development of medical equipment contingency plans. 4\. Preparation of reports to support better decision-making. 5\. Support the preparation of the Sustainment Budget and ensure its efficient expenditure. 6\. Support the medical equipment acquisition process (e.g., user interviews and comparative analysis tables). 7\. Receipt of medical equipment: Verify that equipment complies with purchase order requirements (information per delivery record) and ensure user training is conducted. 8\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 9\. Comply with the Person-Centered Care Policy or promote a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, compassionate care. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a degree in Medical Equipment. * One year of experience in the healthcare sector, in Clinical Engineering, Maintenance, and Technology Management. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
