Teamwork and attention to detail **RICE DRYING OPERATOR – LATINO MILL** Latino Mill, an agro-industrial company in the rice sector, is seeking a **Rice Drying Operator**, committed, responsible, and results-oriented, who wishes to develop within a dynamic and highly operationally demanding environment, as part of its sustained growth and operational strengthening. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Operate, control, and supervise the paddy rice drying process, ensuring appropriate grain moisture reduction, guaranteeing product quality and production process efficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate drying equipment (dryers, silos, burners, ventilation systems, etc.). * Monitor process parameters: temperature, airflow, drying time, and moisture level. * Verify rice quality before, during, and after the drying process. * Coordinate with receiving, production, and warehouse departments to ensure process continuity. * Record operational data (moisture levels, times, volumes processed, incidents). * Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of drying equipment. * Strictly comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures. * Report equipment failures, deviations, or incidents to the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education (technical training in agro-industry, mechanics, or related fields preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in agro-industrial plants, rice mills, or drying processes (preferred). * Basic knowledge of grain drying processes (rice, corn, or others). * Ability to work rotating shifts. * Responsibility, orderliness, and operational discipline. **COMPETENCIES** * Results orientation * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Operational responsibility * Proactivity **WORK LOCATION** Latino Mill Plant – **Ferreñafe** **APPLICATION** Interested candidates may send their CV to: **hr@grupoalcarraz.com** Subject: **Rice Drying Operator – Latino Mill** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
