Develop in a dynamic and highly demanding environment. **DRYING OPERATOR – LATINO MILL** Latino Mill, an agro-industrial company in the rice sector, as part of its sustained growth and operational strengthening, is seeking a **Drying Operator** who is committed, responsible, and results-oriented, and who wishes to develop within a dynamic and highly operationally demanding environment. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Operate, control, and supervise the paddy rice drying process, ensuring appropriate grain moisture reduction, guaranteeing product quality and production process efficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate drying equipment (dryers, silos, burners, ventilation, etc.). * Monitor process parameters: temperature, airflow, drying time, and moisture level. * Verify rice quality before, during, and after the drying process. * Coordinate with receiving, production, and warehouse departments to ensure process continuity. * Record operational data (moisture, times, volumes processed, incidents). * Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of drying equipment. * Strictly comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures. * Report equipment failures, deviations, or incidents to the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education (technical training in agro-industry, mechanics, or related fields preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in agro-industrial plants, mills, or drying processes (preferred). * Basic knowledge of grain drying processes (rice, corn, or others). * Ability to work rotating shifts. * Responsibility, order, and operational discipline. **COMPETENCIES** * Results orientation * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Operational responsibility * Proactivity **WORK LOCATION** Latino Mill Plant – **Ferreñafe** **APPLICATION** Interested candidates may send their CV to the email: **hr@grupoalcarraz.com** Subject: **Drying Operator – Latino Mill** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
