Positive work environment **Reprocessing Plant Operator** **Company: Molino Latino** **Location: Ferreñafe Plant** Molino Latino, a leading agro-industrial company in the rice sector, is seeking a committed, responsible, and results-oriented **Reprocessing Operator**, as part of its sustained growth strategy. The ideal candidate is eager to develop within a dynamic and highly operationally demanding environment. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To carry out rice reprocessing activities, ensuring efficient product recovery, compliance with quality and food safety standards, and optimization of plant performance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate and monitor reprocessing area machinery and equipment (sifters, graders, density tables, or others). * Perform reprocessing of by-products (broken rice, rejections, mixtures) to maximize yield. * Verify the quality of reprocessed products, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Make operational adjustments to machinery based on product type and production requirements. * Record production data, losses, and process yield. * Coordinate with Quality and Production departments for proper segregation and handling of products. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to sanitation and food safety standards. * Strictly comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures. * Report technical failures or process deviations to the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education or technical training (preferably in industrial processes, mechanics, or related fields). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in industrial plants or rice mills (preferred). * Basic knowledge of rice milling, grading, and reprocessing processes (preferred). * Basic familiarity with industrial equipment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **COMPETENCIES** * Responsibility and operational discipline * Results orientation * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Proactivity **WHAT WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration per Peruvian labor law * Opportunity for development in the agro-industrial sector * Continuous training * Positive work environment **HOW TO APPLY** Interested candidates may send their CV to: hr@grupoalcarraz.com Or contact: **914842531** **Subject:** Reprocessing Operator – Molino Latino Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
