Represent the position of Medical Director. 2\. Perform leadership and management functions for the area. 3\. Evaluate and carry out governance functions for the area. 4\. Develop new processes and participate in the adaptation of existing medical processes. 5\. Manage and monitor the achievement of production goals and established quality, management, and service indicators such as number of surgeries per period, % Hospital Occupancy Rate, NPS (complaints and claims), % outpatient clinic utilization, among others. 6\. Recruit, manage, and evaluate the medical team: physicians, medical technologists, technicians, medical assistants, nurses, and paramedical professionals (nutritionists, psychologists, etc.) 7\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 8\. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or foster a culture of person-centered care by providing high-quality and compassionate service. **Requirements:** Graduated surgeon physician Master's degree and/or postgraduate studies in Health Management or similar fields.
