Negotiation skills, effective communication, and customer focus. **Job Objective:** Manage and develop the company's client portfolio, promoting the sale of wooden pallets and related products, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, customer retention, and sustainable sales growth. **Requirements:** \- Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Sales experience, preferably in industrial, timber, or logistics products. \- Preparation of quotations and commercial contracts. \- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word). \- Basic knowledge of logistics and production processes (desirable). \- Willingness to travel **Main Responsibilities:** \- Prospect and acquire new clients from the industrial, logistics, agricultural, and commercial sectors. \- Manage and maintain the assigned client portfolio. \- Present and sell wooden pallets according to technical specifications and customer requirements. \- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure order fulfillment. \- Conduct post-sales follow-up and handle complaints. \- Record visits, sales, and business opportunities in reports or internal systems. \- Analyze market and competition to propose sales strategies. \- Provide support for tasks assigned by management. **Competencies:** \- Results orientation. \- Negotiation skills. \- Effective communication. \- Proactivity. \- Planning and organizational ability. \- Ability to work under pressure. \- Customer focus **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM \- Saturday: 8:00 AM \- 1:30 PM **Salary:** \- S/.1400\.00 (gross) \+ performance bonus Send CV to 908843408 or email Reclutamiento@pallletsstandard.com Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
