Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive credit placements through agreements. Conduct daily monitoring of results and goal achievement. Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. Knowledge of credit agreements and/or payroll deductions. Experience leading commercial teams and achieving objectives. Leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
