Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple branches **Job Objective:** Plan, direct, and supervise administrative, commercial, and operational activities across various branches, ensuring achievement of sales targets, service quality, cost control, profitability, and overall proper functioning of each location. **Main Responsibilities:** ● Supervise and coordinate the performance of administrators at each branch. ● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. ● Monitor sales, cost, productivity, and profitability indicators for each location. ● Prepare managerial reports and operational performance analyses. ● Resolve operational and administrative issues affecting branch operations. ● Ensure achievement of commercial goals and quality standards. **Requirements:** ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles within restaurants, food chains, retail outlets, or gastronomy-related businesses. ● Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple branches. ● Personnel management and leadership skills. ● Cost and inventory control experience. ● Proficiency in KPI monitoring and analysis. ● Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills. ● Experience using POS systems and sales tracking.
