Job Summary: Responsible for driving product sales, conducting activations, and ensuring proper product display to support brand development in Chiclayo. Key Highlights: 1. Accompany the sales force and execute commercial activities in the field. 2. Promote products through tastings and activations. 3. Contribute to increasing sell-out and brand development. **Job Description:** Responsible for accompanying the sales force in the traditional channel and executing on-field sales promotion activities. Additionally, conduct tastings and activations in the modern channel, ensuring correct product display, rotation, and visibility. This role directly contributes to increasing sell-out and brand development at assigned points of sale. Coverage includes all of Chiclayo. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Promote and market our products. 2\. Conduct commercial tastings and activations. 3\. Maintain proper product display and presentation. 4\. Verify stock levels, pricing, and display space. 5\. Support product rotation. 6\. Report sales, incidents, and activities carried out. 7\. Identify opportunities for improvement at the point of sale. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience as a promoter, brand activator, or merchandiser. · Experience in supermarkets, stores, markets, or points of sale. · Sales orientation and goal-oriented mindset. · Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. · Proficiency in preparing reports and handling photographic evidence. · Availability to perform fieldwork and travel to various points of sale. · Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. **Benefits:** * Salary: PEN 1,200 + Transportation allowance: PEN 200 + Variable bonus based on achievement of commercial targets * Travel allowances according to scheduled trips. * Opportunity for career growth within the company. * Join a Peruvian company undergoing commercial expansion.
