What are the main responsibilities? * Manage technical service requests. * Assign service orders and coordinate with technical staff as appropriate. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing, incomplete, or completed higher education in Networks, Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related fields. * Six months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency and customer support applications. * A proactive, communicative, service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
