We work with the joy of achieving the impossible together. **Job Description** Lead the regional sales force in accordance with company guidelines and clear objectives, achieving expected results (sales, management, trade marketing) and reaching CBC's established targets. Key job challenges: * Manage the product portfolio to develop and optimize new SKUs. * Develop sales plans based on company goals to ensure successful execution. * Establish action plans for sales and trade marketing to achieve set targets. * Lead the sales team to meet volume and coverage goals. * Analyze and interpret volume, coverage, and trade marketing indicators to evaluate portfolio performance and implement corrective actions. * Supervise compliance with sales processes to identify improvement opportunities and achieve established objectives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields. * 4 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to promote growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
