Key position in human talent management Our client, an electricity generation and distribution company, is looking for a professional to fill the position of: **HUMAN DEVELOPMENT ANALYST \- CHICLAYO** * **EDUCATION:** University graduate with professional license in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Accounting, or other related fields. * **POSTGRADUATE DEGREE (PREFERRED):** Specialization (Diploma and/or certifications) relevant to the position’s responsibilities. * **OTHER DESIRED SKILLS:** Labor legislation knowledge or SAP system proficiency or related expertise. English: Basic level. Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Basic level. * **MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:** 3 years overall. * **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** 2 years in similar roles with comparable duties and responsibilities. * **PRIMARY FUNCTION:** Implement the Annual Personnel Training and Development Plan, as well as the performance evaluation process, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel, and monitor sworn statements, in accordance with organizational policies. * **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract.
