




* Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls to resolve inquiries, manage sales, or provide information. * Respond to customer messages and inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms. * Follow up and provide support to customers regarding issued tickets, including postponements or modifications. * Monitor security cameras daily and report any relevant incidents. * Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (data entry, basic reporting, tracking internal tasks). * Accurately document customer information, sales, and service records. * Escalate complex cases clearly and promptly to the appropriate responsible parties. **Job Requirements:** Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (call center, WhatsApp Business, social media, or similar) OR Business Administration student. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency with messaging tools and social media platforms. * Desired experience in phone or digital channel sales. * Office suite proficiency and basic administrative data entry skills. **Skills:** * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Organizational and follow-up ability. * Positive attitude, empathy, and problem-solving focus. * Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential information. * Teamwork orientation and willingness to support other departments. **General Job Conditions (can be adjusted):** * **Schedule:** Full-time (fixed 8-hour shift, Mon-Fri 9am-1pm; 2pm-6pm), and any additional hours or days worked will be compensated. * **Modality:** On-site. * **Work Location:** Urb.
