We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with analytical ability, software proficiency, and knowledge of complementary disciplines. **Key Responsibilities** * Site surveys and technical visits for data collection. * Preparation of architectural drawings, sections, elevations, details, and quantity takeoffs. * Direct support in the **formulation of urban infrastructure technical files** (roads, sidewalks, drainage systems, retaining walls, sports slabs). * Development of documentation for **construction projects**: residential buildings, expansions, minor constructions, and multifamily developments. * Digital 3D modeling and generation of automatic quantity takeoffs. * Technical coordination with structural, sanitary, and electrical specialists. * Review, correction, and updating of specialty drawings. * Management of project files, technical sheets, and documentation. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student of Architecture. * **Prior experience in preparing technical files**, both for urban infrastructure and construction projects. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D** (mandatory). * Familiarity with **Civil 3D** for basic design, profiling, terrain modeling, and support in street and urban development projects. * Ability to **draft sanitary, electrical, and structural installation drawings** based on specialist criteria or sketches. * Knowledge of technical criteria for coordinating and integrating disciplines (architecture – structures – sanitation – electricity). * Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent 3D modeling software is desirable. * Solid understanding of quantity takeoff methods and fundamental technical regulations. * Immediate availability for on-site work. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Benefits** * Employment with a growing company managing active infrastructure and construction projects. * Hands-on experience developing municipal and private-sector technical files. * Career progression opportunities in architecture, engineering, and production departments. * Professional mentorship and an organized work environment. **Interested candidates should send their CV and portfolio to WhatsApp: 999 436 259** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
