Molinera Naya Perú, a rice processing company, is seeking a Drying Supervisor meeting the following profile: Requirements: \- Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within rice milling operations. \- Personnel management skills. \- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Responsibilities: \- Supervise paddy rice reception. \- Verify quantity, weight, and moisture content of paddy rice. \- Schedule industrial and artisanal drying shifts according to established criteria. \- Organize and supervise assigned personnel. \- Monitor and verify moisture levels during the drying process across different drying areas. \- Maintain updated system records and daily drying reports. \- Conduct paddy rice inventory. \- Coordinate maintenance of forklifts.
