* **Education** Industrial Safety and Hygiene Engineer, Degree Holder * **Experience** Proven experience in implementing and developing Integrated Management Systems such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. Proven experience as a trainer in Safety, Health, and Environmental topics. Implementation of behavior-based safety programs. * **Responsibilities** Comply with and enforce Pluspetrol’s adopted policies, voluntarily contributing improvement proposals within the scope of assigned work. Ensure implementation of procedures and standards defined by Pluspetrol (e.g., Task Stoppage, Lockout/Tagout [LOTO], and others). Ensure use of all required and necessary safety equipment. Coordinate with PLUSPETROL’s EHS department regarding work activities, drills, etc. Ensure availability and proper condition of personal protective equipment (PPE). Monitor work activities to identify unsafe acts and hazardous conditions. Submit reports and incident/accident notifications to immediate supervisor regarding unsafe conditions or acts, incidents, or occupational accidents. Prepare and conduct daily safety meetings. Verify that work permits and risk assessments are properly issued during task execution. * **Technical Knowledge** Applicable National Legislation for the Hydrocarbons Sector (e.g., Supreme Decree No. 043-2007, Supreme Decree No. 015-2006-EM), among others. Knowledge and practical experience applying Integrated Management Systems for Occupational Safety and Health. Strong expertise in Accident and Incident Investigation and Analysis techniques using DNV methodology, including Root Cause Analysis.
