In a continuously evolving agro-industrial environment, we seek an **Project Manager** with an outstanding track record to lead the execution of the **Cayaltí Plant**, a high-technical-complexity project redefining regional efficiency standards. **The Opportunity** As the project’s integrated leader, you will be responsible for operational strategy, ensuring every construction and technological phase — from detailed engineering through commissioning — is executed under the most rigorous quality and regulatory compliance standards. **Mandatory Requirement: Expertise in Cold Plants** We seek a candidate with **proven, specific experience in industrial cold plants**. Mastery of large-scale refrigeration systems and technical understanding of thermal challenges within the cold chain is essential. **Key Responsibilities** * **Industrial Refrigeration Technical Management:** Supervise implementation of Ammonia (**R717**) systems and 30% Propylene Glycol sub-cooling, ensuring compliance with critical cooling batch requirements. * **Power Infrastructure Management:** Lead execution of the Power House with an installed capacity of **2 MW**, and Medium Voltage supply at **22.9 kV**. * **Engineering Control and Technical Office Oversight:** Validate quantity take-offs, budgets, and proper integration of the plant’s 9 functional areas, including 1,008-position cold storage chambers and blast-freezing tunnels. * **Compliance and Governance:** Ensure all electro-mechanical installations operate in accordance with international (**IEC**) and national (**NTP**) standards. * **360° Project Vision:** Coordinate delivery of high-end administrative infrastructure and water treatment systems (**PTARI** and **Domestic PTAR**). **What We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Licensed Civil Engineer (advanced specialization in Project Management preferred). * **Experience:** Prior leadership of large-scale industrial cold plant projects.
