Corporate intranet management: Design and update banners, images, templates, and other visual elements for the Internal Communications portal. Implement graphical and functional enhancements to the platform, including applications and interactive resources. 2\. Campaign material design: Create graphic assets for campaigns requested by various departments. Design logos, icons, and other visual identity elements for projects. 3\. Printed and digital material production: Develop assets for print (posters, flyers, internal signage). Adapt designs for various formats and digital channels. 4\. Innovation and use of technological tools: Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into creative processes. Stay current with design and user experience trends and their practical application. 5\. Client management: Meet with requesting departments to understand their needs. Translate requirements into unique and effective visual proposals. **Candidate Requirements** * Academic background: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in graphic design, preferably within Internal Communications or Marketing departments. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe software; knowledge of web design; familiarity with AI tools. * Creativity, innovation, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. * Ability to listen and transform ideas into visual proposals.
