




Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Engineer to lead the technological assembly and integration of a Cold Plant, ensuring operational excellence and energy efficiency. At the intersection of energy efficiency and operational excellence, we seek a high-performing **Electromechanical Engineer** to lead the assembly and technological integration of a **Cold Plant**. This role is fundamental to ensuring that the cold and power infrastructure operates with world-class precision. **The Technical Challenge** Your responsibility will be the execution and supervision of critical industrial systems—from the Ammonia network to the heavy structures supporting operations. You will ensure that the detailed engineering specified in the **Terms of Reference (TDR)** is implemented without technical deviations. **Required Experience: Specialist in Cold Plants and Heavy Industry** A solid track record in the **assembly of industrial refrigeration plants** is essential. You must master fluid mechanics, thermodynamics of large-scale systems, and structural integrity of agro-industrial complexes. **Key Responsibilities** * **Refrigeration and Fluid Engineering:** Supervise the assembly of the Ammonia (**R717**) system and the 30% Propylene Glycol network. Ensure correct installation of cubic, battery, and double-effect evaporators according to the environment. * **Structures and Mechanical Integrity:** Validate the installation of supporting metal structures (H-section profiles) for compressor units and four-level accumulator racks for 1008 positions. * **Power and Control Systems:** Coordinate implementation of the **22.9 kV** substation and parallel synchronization of **1000 kW** generator sets. Integrate the **SITRAD** thermometry system across the entire plant network. * **Industrial Auxiliary Systems:** Guarantee compressed air quality per **ISO 8573 (2:2:1)** and functionality of stainless-steel water networks at **20 m³/h**. * **Commissioning:** Lead performance testing in all 10 cooling tunnels to ensure compliance with the project’s thermal targets. **Your Professional Profile** * **Education:** Licensed Mechanical-Electrical Engineer. * **Expertise:** Minimum 5 years leading electromechanical assemblies in heavy-duty cold plants. * **Technical Capability:** Advanced knowledge of stainless steel welding (AISI 304), industrial automation, and **IEC/NTP** standards.
