Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage integrated procurement, logistics, and warehouse processes, ensuring timely supply and optimizing procurement costs for transmission line projects. Sub-function responsible for all activities associated with acquiring goods and services for all types of commercial processes applicable to the organization, including product supply, supplier selection, price negotiations, and order processing. **Candidate Requirements** At ACCIONA’s INDUSTRIAL business unit, we require hiring a PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR for a transmission line and substation project located in Cayaltí, Lambayeque: **Mission:** * Manage comprehensively procurement, activation, logistics, and warehouse processes; ensuring timely supply of materials, equipment, and services. Your role is critical to guaranteeing schedule compliance, optimizing costs, and ensuring traceability and efficiency across the supply chain, in coordination with the central procurement department and the network of registered/approved suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Management of local and national procurement. * Coordination and activation of purchase orders. * Planning and control of site logistics. * Supervision of machinery and equipment management on site. * Warehouse administration and control. * Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Optimization of procurement costs. * Generation of management reports for project management and central procurement. Support for internal and external audits. **Required Profile:** **Academic Qualifications / Degree:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (civil or electrical preferred) or administrative sciences. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or similar roles. * Specialization in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management is desirable. **Languages and Required Proficiency:** * Intermediate English (advanced preferred) **Additional Knowledge:** ---------------------------------- * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings (desirable) * Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems * Contract management and supplier negotiation * Inventory and warehouse management, construction machinery * National logistics and heavy cargo transportation * Procurement cost analysis ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
