**OBJECTIVE**: Keep rooms and different areas of the establishment available for immediate offering or use. **FUNCTIONS:** * Cultivate, promote, safeguard, preserve, and maintain a positive customer service attitude. * Ensure efficient use of resources, achievement of objectives, budgets, expense control, costs, and productivity to promote hotel profitability. * Participate in meetings convened by the board, management, and/or corporate staff. * Comply with and ensure compliance with rules, policies, and procedures. * Maintain a positive work environment by fostering relationships based on respect, transparency, and effective communication. * Actively participate in staff integration and motivation activities. * Perform minor adjustments and repairs. * Collaborate with other staff members. * Ensure optimal use of supplies and raw materials, avoiding unnecessary waste, as well as carrying out necessary activities to meet safety, hygiene, cleanliness, order, supply, and general condition standards in the maintenance area. * Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance work on equipment and/or facilities, electrical systems, preventive maintenance, repair of equipment, maintenance and repair of water and drainage sanitary connections and installations, as well as furniture, etc. * Perform patching and repair of walls, painting various areas of the hotel, moving electronic devices, technical equipment, furniture, etc. * Supply and/or replenish toilet paper, towels, amenities, etc. * General cleaning of bathrooms, showers, bathtubs, doors, floors, mirrors, toilets, curtains, handles, etc.; sweep, empty and clean trash bins, vacuum, clean glass and windows, clean floors, and dust furniture, lamps, decorations, pictures, etc. * Check the contents of the minibar and report to the supervisor for restocking. * Collect and deliver to the laundry soiled clothes left by guests for washing, and later retrieve them from the laundry to return to the room. * Verify proper operation of lights, lamps, and TV. * Conduct check-in and check-out inspections. * Fulfill scheduled maintenance tasks assigned by the area supervisor. * Report material, spare parts, and accessory needs required for repairs and maintenance, along with safety specifications and procedures; use protective equipment, uniforms, etc. * Maintain assigned tools in good working condition. * Perform other duties assigned within the scope of their competence. * Carry out maintenance of hotel rooms and areas. * Execute tasks that are of interest to the company. **EDUCATION:** * Technical studies or completed secondary education * Knowledge of Hospitality **EXPERIENCE:** * One year of experience in similar positions. **COMPETENCIES:** * Initiative. * Attention to order and quality. * High level of responsibility, proactivity, and professional ethics.
