Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support for the entire PC and peripheral fleet (PIN pads, ticket printers, etc.) * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Support incidents related to base software * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment * Customize equipment and restore data * Prepare equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * Maintain up-to-date hardware inventory records * Manually record and track equipment movements and shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical professional with studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (preferred but not mandatory) * Experience in operational asset, inventory, or warehouse management * Minimum 1 year of professional experience * Technical knowledge of hardware (preferred) * Familiarity with ticket management tools (preferred) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
