Job Summary: Asica Farms S.A.C. is seeking a Project Coordinator to define, monitor, and optimize project execution, ensuring achievement of objectives and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the definition and monitoring of agro-industrial projects. 2. Implement continuous improvements and propose process innovations. 3. Collaborate strategically with management and multidisciplinary teams. Asica Farms S.A.C. is searching for the best candidate to fill the position of: Project Coordinator Requirements: - Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience (agro-industrial, agro-export, or productive infrastructure sectors). - Project management methodologies (PMBOK, AGILE, LEAN, etc.), AutoCAD design or similar software. · Responsibilities: - In coordination with the Area Management and senior leadership, define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project. - Develop and monitor the execution schedule with key milestones. - Report on budget and resource utilization to ensure efficient use throughout project development. - Participate in meetings with contractors and internal teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and standards. - Implement progress KPIs and generate reports for management. - Assess risks and establish mitigation plans during project development. - Conduct follow-up meetings with internal clients. - Ensure project completion within established timelines. - Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Finance departments. - Work jointly with Management, Logistics, and technical teams during project implementation and execution. - Maintain constant communication with Area Management to review progress, deviations, and project designs. - Implement best practices in project management to increase efficiency. - Propose process and technology innovations to improve project profitability. - Document lessons learned for future initiatives. · At Asica Farms S.A.C., we are committed to respecting diversity and promoting inclusion of persons with disabilities and people from diverse cultures; we promote gender equality and guarantee equal opportunities for women and men under Law No. 29973 and Law No. 28983.
