Production Assistant responsible for coordinating resources, managing documentation, controlling production, and preparing reports for a food manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and supervision of operational resources.
2. Administration and updating of operational documentation.
3. Monitoring of indicators and preparation of management reports.
Our client, a leading company in the food production industry, is seeking personnel to fill the position of Production Assistant - Olmos
· Responsibilities:
- Prepare, validate, and disseminate the personnel schedule for transportation and meals, ensuring service coverage and timeliness.
- Coordinate and supervise the allocation of resources (labor, materials, and supplies) according to the operational plan and priorities.
- Manage the registration and updating of operational documentation in the system, ensuring integrity, traceability, and availability.
- Monitor compliance with the production schedule by tracking KPIs (progress, efficiency, waste, time).
- Validate timekeeping records with Human Resources, ensuring accuracy, supporting documentation, and timely closure within established deadlines.
- Monitor attendance, absences, replacements, and new hires, coordinating actions to maintain operational continuity across departments.
- Track labor and material consumption and availability, alerting potential shortages and proposing corrective measures.
- Prepare and register requisitions in the system in accordance with internal control policies, budgets, and current authorizations.
- Monitor purchase orders and deliveries, coordinating with supervisors and warehouse staff to ensure timely supply.
- Timely monitor and report production indicators.
- Consolidate and present weekly and monthly operational management reports, integrating information from related departments.
- Perform duties in accordance with the company's documented procedures.
- Use assets, equipment, and other company-provided resources efficiently (e.g., equipment,
- mobile phones, IT and printing equipment, RF devices, pallets, etc.).

Requirements:
Academic Degree: Technical degree in Administration / Accounting / Industrial Engineering / Food Industries or related fields
Years of Experience: 1 year in Production Assistant, Production Analyst, or similar positions
Availability to work in Olmos
